I need to share with you some skin care finds I have been obsessed with for quite a while, and others I keep coming back to again and again, all products tried and tested by yours truly. Trust me, your skin will love it! The trick is always to keep your products minimal but effective.
IF INTERESTED IN ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS I HAVE WRITTEN A SMALL DESCRIPTION FOR EACH BELOW, HOPE IT'S HELPFUL.
1. SK-II Facial Treatment Essence $99-290USD: I know this product is well known but I just can't live without it. Throughout the years every time I stopped using it for some reason my skin feels dull and not so youthful in texture and color. This product punches life and a youthful glow back into my face.
TIP - Do not expect results the first day, this product works with continuous use, your skin has to adapt to it in it's regenerating cycle.
2. KIEHL'S $29USD- Activated Sun Protector Water-Light Lotion For Face & Body Cooling and Refreshing Weightless Defense: I must say it's my favorite sunblock so far. It's so light, hydrating, sinks into the skin quickly and it actually protects. It has a refreshing minty smell and cooling feel to it. It's definitely not what you expect from a sunblock. GOOD JOB KIEHL'S!
3. KIEHL'S $48USD - Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado: This Avocado oil eye cream is quite different, hydrating and glowing, it's consistency is very different from your typical eye cream. When applying you should pat it around your orbital bone, then when you slide the cream it turns into a water consistency, strange but cool. If hydrating is what you want in an eye cream this is a good choice for you.
4. CAUDALIE $49USD- Beauty Elixir: It's all about the waters, especially now that summer is near. First of all this water is different, it's aroma is a mixture of citrus, bitter orange flowers, rosemary, peppermint, mint, grape and more. Once you spray it instantly wakes you up, refreshing at it's best. When I have off days and don't want to fuss with lotion I just spritz this all over, it's surprisingly hydrating enough. You can also spray before your moisturizer as well. I Love carrying the travel size in my purse, it's so refreshing and revitalizing, I use it to wake my face up half way through the day at work for a pick me up. Love this product!
5. ROSEHIP OIL $19USD- Rosehip By Essano Organic Rosehip Oil with Antioxidant Acai Berry: This oil was a skeptical purchase, I didn't really know what to expect until I put some on before bed but what a pleasant surprise I had the next morning. I couldn't believe how moisturized, glowing and plump my skin looked and felt. This turned into the only product I put on my face before bed time, I want nothing else to interrupt its absorption into my skin. I let it work it's magic every night.
6. ONE-OFF THE FACE $15.50USD: Pore tightening toner. I am a skeptic when it comes to pore tightening products but this one actually works, finally! I believe it's the white clay that settles on the bottom, when you shake it before using it creates a milky like consistency, with a delightful refreshing fragrance. I like to pat this on the problem T-Zone with a cotton ball right after washing my face in the mornings. Kiss those pores goodbye!
